Upload your Registration Reference Number Screenshot.

Upload one (1) valid Government-Issued ID.
The ID must clearly display your Full Name, Middle Name and Signature.

Upload one (1) recent 2×2 ID Photo.
The photo will be used for your FREE Physical Membership ID Card.

If you are 18 years old or below, also upload:
Parent or Legal Guardian Consent Letter, and one (1) valid Government-Issued ID of your Parent or Legal Guardian.

Wait for membership verification and approval.
Once approved, your Membership ID becomes ACTIVE and your Lifetime 50% Member Discount is automatically activated for eligible succeeding Amazing Pure Organic Barley orders.

Free Membership ID Notice
Your FREE Physical Membership ID Card is processed separately from your Amazing Pure Organic Barley order. Estimated processing time: 2–3 weeks. The Membership ID Card may not arrive together with your first order. Whenever possible, it will be included with your next or succeeding Amazing Pure Organic Barley order.
Important Reminder
Amazing Pure Organic Barley MNL reserves the right to verify all submitted information and supporting documents before activating any Lifetime Membership. Membership benefits become available only after successful verification and approval. Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, refunded, refused, fraudulent, or Returned-to-Sender (RTS) are not eligible for Lifetime Membership activation.
