Shipping Policy

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines. Delivery is available to:

• Metro Manila
• Luzon
• Visayas
• Mindanao

Delivery to selected remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.

All Amazing Pure Organic Barley package purchases currently include FREE nationwide shipping.

This promotion is subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

Processing time: 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or Philippine holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas.

Please prepare the exact payment amount upon delivery whenever possible.

The courier may refuse delivery if payment cannot be completed.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided whenever available.

You may track your order through our website or by contacting our customer support.

A delivery may be unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Unreachable recipient
• Refused delivery
• Failure to receive the parcel after multiple delivery attempts

If this happens, please contact us immediately so we can discuss available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect information, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to receive the package may require payment of additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Customers with repeated Returned-to-Sender (RTS) orders may no longer be eligible for Cash on Delivery on future purchases.

Membership benefits will not be activated for qualifying orders that are cancelled, refused, unpaid, or returned to sender.

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears severely damaged before opening, you may refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer support.

Eligible promotional items, including complimentary Slimming Coffee sachets and Membership ID benefits, are packed according to the active promotion at the time the order is confirmed.

Amazing Pure Organic Barley MNL reserves the right to replace promotional items with items of equal value if necessary.

For customers who qualify for the 6-Box Membership Package:

The FREE Physical Membership ID is processed separately after successful membership verification.

Estimated processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks.

The Membership ID may not arrive together with your first Barley order.

Whenever possible, it may be included with your next or succeeding order.

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
